Rebuilding the Foundation of a Clinic in Sydney

Introduction

A well established Sydney dental clinic providing cosmetic, general and emergency treatments was operating at full capacity but struggling to grow profitably. While the appointment book stayed full, most visits were routine check ups and basic treatments, while nearby competitors captured the higher value cosmetic procedures. The clinic depended heavily on paid social media campaigns and returning patients, had an outdated website with almost no organic visibility, and a poorly optimised Google Business Profile that rarely appeared in local searches. In short, the practice was busy, but missing the patients that drive real growth.

The clinic had a website and Google Business Profile in place, but both were poorly optimised and delivering minimal results. The website was outdated, slow and missing key service pages, while the Google profile lacked proper optimisation and visibility in local searches.

Approach

The first step was rebuilding the clinic’s digital foundation. We redesigned the website with a modern, mobile friendly layout and created dedicated pages for key services such as cosmetic dentistry, dental implants and teeth whitening. Clear calls to action were added across the site to encourage enquiries and bookings. At the same time, the Google Business Profile was fully optimised with updated business information, professional photos and properly structured service listings to improve local search visibility.

Once the foundation was in place, we launched targeted Google Ads campaigns focused on high value treatments and patients actively searching for cosmetic and implant procedures. Campaigns were closely monitored and refined using performance data to improve lead quality and reduce wasted spend. Alongside this, ongoing SEO and profile optimisation helped strengthen organic visibility, bringing in a steady flow of new patient enquiries over time.
